Orchard Lake Hockey Club and e2 Hockey training have merged efforts to bring the Orchard Lake hockey family REVOLUTION HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT. This is a 4on4 youth hockey league for age groups 1996-2002. The intent of the league is player development...not team development.

 

Players learn through repetition. RDH was designed to teach fundamentals and skill development through repetition in practice, while letting players use those skills learned in hands off coaching for weekly games. James Marinoff is the strength and conditioning coach at Orchard Lake St. Mary's Athletic Complex and owner of Personalized Fitness & Coaching (PFC). He is ACE and NASM certified and has been training clients and athletes for more than 14 years.

 

OLP parents have long taken advantage of the track above the rink while their sons have practiced. Now, parents and teams have access to personalized training offered by Mr. Marinoff in the OLSM weight room, co-located with the rink.  If personalized training is not your cup of tea, you can still take advantage of the weight room for a very affordable fee. Orchard Lake is second to none when it comes to complete on and off ice training.
